HTTPS Everywhere is a small extension for Mozilla Firefox that allows you to visit any website with a HTTPS version in the most secure way possible.
Currently, HTTPS Everywhere works with a pretty limited number of sites; some of the big ones include Google, Wikipedia, Twitter, Facebook, The New York Times, The Washington Post, PayPal, Tor, Ixquick, and a few others. It's not a wide range, but it's a good start.
HTTPS Everywhere is a very useful extension, especially seeing as it only takes up 40KB of space while giving you an extra layer of security when you visit some of the popular previously mentioned sites.
If you use Mozilla Firefox, don't hesitate; install this extension today.
